Padam Khatri is currently working at Janiya as a DCDP-Demi Chef De Partie since February 2023. Prior to this role, Padam worked at Al Moajil Hospitality as a Commi Chef at Belgravian Brasserie from August 2021 to January 2023 and at Hotel Mountain Village as a Commi Chef from September 2017 to November 2019. Padam has education from The Rising English Boarding School and Kantipur Tourism and Hotel Management College. As a DCDP-Demi Chef De Partie, Padam prepares food in accordance with standard recipes and specifications under the guidance of the head chef.
