Shalini Sharma, MBA, currently serves as the Product Pricing & Content Lead at Janes since January 2025 and is a Career Coaching & Planning Volunteer at YMCA St Paul's Group since September 2024. Previously, Shalini held the position of Senior Data Director, ESG at Morningstar Sustainalytics from July 2022 to September 2024, and worked at Moody's Investors Service in various roles from May 2013 to July 2022, including AVP EMEA Manager and Senior Manager - Analytic Data. Earlier experience includes positions at 4C Associates, M&A Monitor Ltd, and Caspian Publishing, with a foundational career starting as a Senior Business Analyst at M&A Monitor Ltd from 1999. Shalini earned a Master of Business Administration from Bayes Business School in 2018, following a BSc Honours in Business Studies from the same institution in 1998.
