Filip Proborszcz has a work experience spanning several years and companies. Filip is currently working as a Software Development Consultant at Janea Systems since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer from August 2014 to February 2021. Before joining Intel, they worked as a Web Developer at Imaginagroup.com from September 2012 to July 2014. Filip also briefly worked as an IT Assistant at Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. in August 2011.

Filip Proborszcz obtained their Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics and Physics from High School no.3 in Gdynia, Poland, from 2004 to 2007. Filip then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at the International Faculty of Engineering in Technical University of Łódź from 2007 to 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2009-2010 as part of the Erasmus program. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Filip continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from The Faculty of Electrical, Electronic, Computer and Control Engineering in Technical University of Łódź from 2011 to 2012.
