Dragos Daian is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Dragos started their career at Dynamic Wizard, where they worked as a programmer and specialized in game development using C# and Unity Game Engine. During this time, they developed player movement mechanics and implemented various algorithms for enemies.
Daian then joined National Instruments, where they worked as a software intern, and later as a software engineer and staff software engineer. In these roles, they focused on full-stack web development, working with technologies such as C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Dragos worked on distributed systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, and was responsible for updating system management and developing UI interfaces for data transfer.
After their time at National Instruments, Daian joined Telenav as a software engineer and eventually became a senior software engineer. Dragos primarily used C++ and gained expertise in the NDS format for automotive-grade navigation databases. Dragos implemented features related to SQLite databases and data transmission through APIs.
Currently, Daian is working at Janea Systems as a lead software engineer. Dragos'sresponsibilities include expanding and improving products with Kubernetes and helm, analyzing product scalability, providing guidance to a team of 6 members, and attending release meetings. Dragos also collaborates with stakeholders on various issues, discusses architectural/API changes, and ensures successful product releases.

Dragos Daian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a High School diploma in Mathematics and Informatics from Colegiul National "Dragos Voda" between 2009 and 2013.
