Nitya Shekar, JD, CPCC, currently serves in Talent Development at Jane Street since September 2022. With a robust background in leadership and learning development, Nitya has held several significant roles, including Advisory Board Member at BossmakeNitya's from April 2019 to September 2024 and Podcast Co-Host at Leadership Arts Review from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes Director of Leadership Development at Meta from April 2020 to September 2022 and Head of Learning, DEI, and Talent Management at Collibra from August 2018 to April 2020. Nitya's career began at AppNexus, where responsibilities spanned from Recruiter to Senior Learning & Development Manager from October 2011 to March 2018. Nitya holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Rice University.
