Jennifer Tai is an accomplished HRIS specialist with extensive experience in human resources information systems. Currently serving at Jane Street since June 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Analyst, HRIS at Spotify from May 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer accumulated substantial expertise at Two Sigma from 2010 to 2019 in roles such as HRIS System Administrator, Compensation & Data Analyst, and HR Operations. Jennifer's early career included administrative roles at New York University's College of Dentistry and Human Resources. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Linguistics, as well as East Asian Studies from New York University and completed a semester abroad at East China Normal University focusing on East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
