Amrutha Nair currently serves as an Associate People & Culture at Janaagraha since September 2024. Previously, Amrutha held roles as an HR and Training Specialist at Prospance Inc from August 2023 to September 2024, and as an Employee Development Specialist at NewAgeSys, Inc from August 2022 to October 2023. Amrutha began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Intern at LuLu Group International in May 2022, where skills in recruitment, training programs, selection processes, and performance appraisal were developed. Earlier experience includes a Digital Marketing Internship at SheltOwn in mid-2021, which honed digital communication skills and target achievement. Amrutha Nair holds an MBA in Marketing from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (2020 - 2022) and a B.Com in Finance from St. Aloysius College (2016 - 2019).
