Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017, covering applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana completed a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management at Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
