Maks Zukovs is an experienced Chef and Camp Boss with a robust background in managing catering operations across various maritime and offshore environments. With tenure at Jan De Nul Group since July 2016, as well as previous roles at Offshore, Anglo-Eastern Offshore, Allseas, and Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V, Maks has consistently demonstrated expertise in menu planning, staff training, customer service, inventory management, and food safety. Educational qualifications include a degree in Restaurant Cook and Ship's Cook from the College of Culinary, along with studies at the Latvian Maritime Academy and Latvijas Universitate.
