Israel Boyd currently serves as a Cable Lay Supervisor at DEME Group since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Senior Superintendent role at Van Oord from November 2021 to June 2023, where contributions included overseeing cable lay operations for the Greater Changua Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan and assisting with project engineering for Japan Tender Projects. Additionally, Israel was an Offshore Installation Superintendent at Prysmian Group from November 2014 to November 2021, managing vessel operations and supervising plough launch activities. Earlier roles include Logistics Coordinator and a Deck Officer Cadetship in the Merchant Navy. Israel holds a degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool & Fylde College.
