Currently serving as the Country Manager for Brazil at Jan De Nul Group since August 2013, Dieter has excelled in starting up, executing, and completing dredging projects while ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Previous roles include (Sr.) Operational Superintendent Dredging Works, where Dieter oversaw multiple dredging vessels and worked on enhancing operational excellence. Dieter's academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and MSc degrees in Finance, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, and Engineering Technology in Construction from respected institutions in the UK and Belgium. The diverse background also includes internships in the automotive assembly and marine engineering sectors, along with a master's thesis focused on optimizing production scheduling for the world's largest brewer.
