Tracy W. McCormack, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration, mediation, and advocacy training. Currently serving as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Neutral Evaluator at JAMS since August 2023, Tracy’s career spans several roles, including Professor at The University of Texas School of Law since 2000, where significant positions included Senior Lecturer and Director of Advocacy. As a co-founder of Remote Advocacy from 2020 to August 2023, Tracy provided litigation counseling services. Prior roles include serving as Arbitrator, Mediator, and Court Master for Bayer Karl and Senior Counsel/Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Tracy began a legal career as an attorney with Cigna and an associate at Clark, Thomas, Winters & Newton, in addition to working as a Briefing Clerk for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Tracy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Philosophy, and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
