Kang Lee is the Vice President of Global Legal & IP at JAMP Pharma Group, where they have been since January 2019. Prior to this, Kang held the position of IP Litigation Counsel at Sandoz Canada from April 2017 to January 2019. Kang also worked as an Associate at Fasken from January 2014 to March 2017 and at ROBIC from January 2013 to December 2013. They served as a stagiaire at ROBIC.

Kang has a Juris Doctor (J.D) in Common Law from Queen's University, a Baccalaureat en droit (LL.B) in Civil Law from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry from McGill University. During their career, Kang also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court under the Honourable Roger T. Hughes from August 2011 to July 2012.
