Derek Bross has a diverse background in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as a Buyer I and Purchasing Coordinator at Martin Defense Group since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Intramural Sports Game Manager and Official at the University of Rhode Island Campus Rec, as well as a Materials Control Intern at General Dynamics Electric Boat. Derek's early career included positions at Northwest Woolen Mills as a Green Belt Candidate focused on productivity and efficiency, and Waterfront Staff at Eastern Mountain Sports, engaging with customers in rentals. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 2016 and 2020.
