Jake Bernardy serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Success at Jamf, a position held since August 2012, where responsibilities include leading the company’s global team focused on customer onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Bernardy has progressed through various roles at Jamf, including Senior Director and Director of Global Customer Success, as well as Director of Enterprise Accounts. Prior to Jamf, Bernardy held the position of Student Senate Director of Academic Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, overseeing a $12 million differential tuition budget. Educational qualifications include a Foundations of Business Certificate from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium and a Bachelor of Arts in Scientific and Technical Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
