Susan Jackson is an accomplished Program Manager at James Walker Group Ltd since March 2024, previously serving as Head of Digital and Tech for Northern Europe at Haleon from July 2022 to January 2024. Prior to Haleon, Susan held a similar role at GSK from January 2019 to July 2022, acting as a trusted Tech leader across various commercial markets. Susan's extensive career also includes significant roles at DS Smith, where responsibilities spanned IT Solutions Director and Head of Technical Services, and at SCA Hygiene Products, managing network technical services and coordinating IT activities for divestment. Additional experience includes positions at Saica Group, SCA, Rexam PLC, and Lake Financial Systems, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Systems Modelling from Sheffield Hallam University.
