Rudy Molina, Jr. currently serves as Vice Provost at James Madison University, a position held since May 2020. Previously, Rudy held multiple roles at the University of Illinois, including Instructor for Intergroup Dialogue and Associate Vice Chancellor, where responsibilities included overseeing student success and managing complex operational budgets. At the University of Arizona, Rudy's experience spanned from Adjunct Assistant Professor to various leadership roles within the SALT Center, culminating as the Director. Rudy holds a Ph.D. in Socio-cultural Studies with a focus on Special Education and an M.A. in Bilingual/Special Education, both from the University of Arizona.
