Randy Machado is an experienced psychological and behavioral consultant, currently serving as a licensed psychotherapist and an adjunct professor of psychology. At Looking Upwards, Inc., Randy has provided expertise in behavior modification training, psychological training, functional analyses, program development, and crisis intervention. Since 2005, Randy has worked as a psychological and behavioral clinician at multiple organizations, including the James L. Maher Center and Bridges, Inc. Additionally, Randy has been teaching various psychology courses at Bristol Community College since 2003. Randy holds a CAGS in Advanced Counseling and Licensure in Psychotherapy from Rhode Island College, along with a Master of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies.
