Lirije Kabashi is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Quality Manager at James Hardie since January 2022, and has also held positions as Engineer III and Process Engineer within the same company. Prior to that, Lirije worked as a Process Engineer at ICP Building Solutions Group from January 2021 to January 2022 and at Gardner-Gibson, Inc. from July 2017 to November 2021, where process engineering skills were further developed. Earlier experience includes internships as a Quality Control Intern at Gardner-Gibson, Inc. and as an Air Quality Engineer Intern at INKOS. Lirije's career began as a Barista at Starbucks and included a role as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of South Florida, where a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering was earned between 2011 and 2017.
