Nigel Foxwell is an accomplished technology and strategy leader with extensive experience in higher education and consulting. Currently, as Associate Director of Strategy Architecture and Innovation at James Cook University, Nigel oversees the digital strategic planning process to ensure alignment with the University's Strategic Plan. Previous roles at James Cook University include Head of Enterprise Architecture, Acting Head of Digital Infrastructure Solutions, and Interim Chief Digital Officer. Prior to this, Nigel held leadership positions at Deloitte Australia, focusing on enterprise architecture and IT strategy in capital-intensive industries. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Oakton and Honeywell Limited Australia, and various IT management positions at BHP Billiton and WMC Resources. Nigel holds a Master of Business and Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor of Management in Information Systems from James Cook University.
