Sapna Jayaram has extensive experience in design leadership and user experience, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Design Leadership, Design Strategy, and Product Innovation at Jamcracker since April 2010. Previously, Sapna held the positions of Sr. User Experience Manager and User Experience Manager. Prior experience includes a role as User Experience Manager at Impelsys Private Limited from February 2008 to March 2010, Design Lead for Products at Sobha Renaissance Information Technology from September 2005 to October 2007, Design Consultant at MindTree Consulting Private Limited from August 2004 to July 2005, and Product Designer at G.A.V Technologies from January 2001 to July 2004.
