Matt Macias is the General Manager for the Aerospace & Defense Industry at Jama Software, overseeing all revenue and client-facing activities in the global Aerospace and Defense business vertical since August 2024. Prior to this role, Matt served as Sales Director at Dassault Systèmes from September 2010 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing senior client executives for North American Strategic Aerospace and Defense Clients and facilitating digital transformation initiatives. Matt's extensive career also includes positions at MSC Software, AES, Boeing, and various research roles at Washington University in St. Louis, Schulthess Clinic, and Yale School of Medicine. Matt holds an Executive Leadership Program credential from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
