María Jimena Saavedra is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Lead Producer for MV and BA Studios at Jam City since August 2021, María oversees a team of Scrum Masters across studios in Argentina and Uruguay. Additionally, María works as an Agile Coach and Mentor at Alaimo Labs, supporting individual growth through coaching and workshops, and is a faculty member at Universidad ORT Uruguay, mentoring final projects and teaching Quality Management. Previously, María held various roles, including Senior IT Project Manager at Onetree and Project Manager at Infocorp and TATA Consultancy Services, where María contributed to project management and process improvement initiatives across diverse teams and projects. María holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay and has furthered professional development through Agile coaching certifications.
