Pamela Alvarez has a diverse work experience in the software development and engineering field. Pamela started their career as an intern at TX Bolivia S.R.L., where they worked on the development of a softphone using Java and Jain SIP, including video calls. Pamela also received training on the installation and configuration of public payphones and unidirectional antennas.

Later, Pamela joined CDC Software as a Release Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the continuous integration system. Pamela also created WiX and InstallShield installers for updating Windows and IIS services.

After that, Pamela worked at Software Andina as a Developer and Release Engineer, where they specialized in creating installers for Windows and Mac. Pamela also developed WIX libraries for Custom Actions and UI sequences and worked on Windows Batch Scripting and Task Scheduling.

Currently, Pamela is a Software Developer at Jalasoft, where they are also the staff lead. Pamela joined the company in 2014 and holds the role of a staff lead since September 2022. Pamela is involved in software development projects, working on designing, coding, and testing software applications.

Throughout their career, Pamela Alvarez has gained expertise in software development, release engineering, installer creation, and continuous integration systems.

From 2001 to 2005, Pamela Alvarez attended the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, where they pursued a degree in Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas. Unfortunately, no additional information is available regarding their field of study during this time.
