Franz Lischer has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Franz started their career at IPEK, Hochschule Rapperswil in 1997 as Stv. Institutleiter and remained there until 2005. In 2006, they joined prolim engineering Switzerland as an Engineer and worked there for 12 years until 2018. During this time, they gained valuable experience in engineering. In 2018, Lischer moved to Otto Hofstetter AG as Leiter Entwicklung und Konstruktion, where they held a leadership position in development and construction until June 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Value Engineering at Jakob Müller AG from August 2022 onwards. Overall, Lischer has a diverse background and expertise in engineering and leadership roles.
Franz Lischer studied at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Dipl. Ing HTL degree in the field of Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering). In 2000, they enrolled in the Entrepreneurship Development Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, from which they pursued studies in management.
