Paulina Ryters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, client service, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Head of Sales at JAKALA, Paulina successfully leads multi-stage projects, manages client budgets, and drives revenue growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery. As the founder of Eternitree, Paulina developed a tool for structuring and preserving memories in a digital time capsule format. Previously, Paulina held various leadership roles at Jimdo, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and product management. Early career experiences include positions at Lionbridge and Raw Material Trading GmbH, where significant achievements were made in client management and establishing a new branch in Poland. Paulina holds a Magister degree from the University of Hamburg, specializing in Politics, Economics, and Work and Organisational Psychology.
