Shira Blatt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management. Currently, Shira serves as a Human Resources Program Manager at Jain Global since October 2024. Previously, Shira held several roles at Google from October 2012 to October 2024, including Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager and University Recruiting Team Placement Manager, where Shira facilitated the placement process for new college hires. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Director for Teach For America and as a Corps member within the organization, along with roles at the Downtown Women's Center and an internship with Senator Barbara Boxer. Shira's educational background includes a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, following studies at Garrison Forest School.
