Sttefany Diniz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in post-sales management and project analysis. Currently serving as Gerente Regional de Pós Vendas and previously as Coordenadora Comercial de Pós Vendas at JLR since January 2020, Sttefany has a strong background in enhancing user and client experiences through solution development. Prior roles include Business Analyst at NBS Informática, focusing on stakeholder requirements for project adaptations, and Project Business Analyst at TecSinapse, where technical and operational requirements were gathered to optimize data management. Sttefany also has experience as an intern at Jaguar Land Rover, supporting post-sales operations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
