Leah Joostema serves as the Team Lead for Customer Success at JAGGAER since October 2019, where responsibilities include mentoring team members, aiding the CSM manager in onboarding, and maintaining customer relationships through regular touchpoints. Previously, Leah held the role of Customer Success Manager at JAGGAER and has experience as a Senior Account Executive at MedThink SciCom, managing client relationships within pharmaceutical companies. Additional experience includes positions as a Client Success Specialist, Client Success Associate, and Business Development Associate at Netsertive, and a Marketing Intern at MetricMed. Leah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts from Cape Fear Community College.
