Eman Mousheir Ezzat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at JAGGAER since May 2021, Eman oversees key customers across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on business growth and product adoption. As a co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of TeenPreneurs Egypt, Eman works to align the aspirations of Egyptian youth with market demands. Prior roles include Technology Adoption Consultant at ITWORX Education, Solutions Sales Specialist at Microsoft, and various positions within ITWORX Education. Eman holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Helwan University Cairo. Eman also participated in the TechWomen initiative, cultivating leadership skills and industry insights.
