With a background in Risk Control and PC claims management, Leo has held various senior positions at companies such as Alliant Insurance Services, Crystal & Company, University of Miami, Mendota Insurance, Kingsway Amigo Insurance Company, and Gainsco. Leo holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University and has an Associate's degree from Miami Dade College.
