Ali Hussain Veilji is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, analytics, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Group Lead for Total Rewards & Analytics at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited since November 2023, Ali is responsible for designing and implementing rewards strategies to attract and retain talent. Prior to this role, Ali held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Aga Khan Development Network, managing the employee lifecycle for a workforce of over 500 across multiple regions in Pakistan. Ali's experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager for Rewards & HR Services at Habib University, where day-to-day HR operations were managed, and HR analyst at Avari Towers Karachi, focusing on data integrity and reporting. Ali Hussain Veilji holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Karachi University and has participated in key projects such as EY Salary Survey and HR cloud migration initiatives.
