Richard Enciso has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management focus from Bicol College. Richard has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Personnel Administrator at Advanced Electronics Company for over a decade before transitioning to Jadwa Investment as an HR Senior Manager. In their current role, Richard assists the Head of Human Resources in preparing annual plans and objectives, and manages the Learning and Development program for company employees. Their expertise lies in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to recruitment, training, career development, support services, and salary administration. Richard ensures that policies and procedures manuals are kept up-to-date.
