Melanie Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and business development within Jacobs. Since November 2012, Melanie has served as the Global Growth & Sales Training Leader, overseeing sales training and talent development for the Critical Mission Solutions line of business, including the successful implementation of a virtual three-day capture-focused sales training course for over 70 sales staff in 2021. Prior roles include Business Development Director, directing business strategy and proposal efforts for the Nuclear Projects and Consulting group, and Business Development Principal, where strategic sales deliverables were developed in response to solicitation documents. Melanie began the career at Jacobs as an Engineering Associate intern focusing on Computational Fluid Dynamics. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering with a Radiological Concentration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2012.
