Ben Oas is a Design Project Manager at Jacobs since March 2024, previously serving as Manager of Design at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from March 2022 to February 2024, where oversight of architecture, engineering, and civil design work for the largest school district in the state was provided. Oas has extensive management experience, having led a team of 20 at BRR Architecture from June 2015 to March 2022, delivering up to 40 projects annually, including work for Whole Foods Market across multiple states. Early career included roles as a Licensed Architect and an Architectural Intern, focusing on construction document coordination and production for high-profile retail clients. Oas holds a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
