David Kissane is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Owner of Yampa Valley Surface Water since June 2024. Prior to this, David held the position of Project Manager - Senior Engineer at Hydrologik from September 2021 to July 2024 and worked as a Project Engineer/Cost Engineer at Swinerton Renewable Energy from September 2020 to September 2021, focusing on the development of solar farms. David also contributed as a Regional Ambassador for Jackson Kayak starting in August 2020. Previous roles include Bicycle Mechanic at Mountain Bike Specialists and Manufacturing Engineer at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where David gained experience with AGILE project management and statistical analysis. Early in the career, David worked as a Project Engineer at Swinerton Renewable Energy and as a Ski Instructor at Steamboat Resort. David earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Fort Lewis College between 2014 and 2020.
