Joseph Hedberg has a diverse background in providing veteran services and customer relations, with current experience as a Veterans Service Representative for Jackson County, Oregon, since May 2022. Prior roles include a similar position at Siskiyou County Sheriff Department and various customer service and management positions in sports operations, including General Manager of Business Operations for the Southern Oregon Spartans and Account Manager roles with the Bloomington Thunder and Portland Winterhawks. Hedberg holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from American Military University, a Bachelor of Science in New Media Communications from Oregon State University, and an Associate of Science in History from Linn-Benton Community College.
