Sapeer Kadoch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sapeer is currently working as a Community Manager at Jackalope, where they are responsible for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Prior to this, Sapeer worked as the Director of Customer Success at Jack Westin, where they improved customer satisfaction and generated SEO-optimized copy for marketing media. Sapeer also has experience as an Event Manager at Entire Productions Inc., where they managed teams and coordinated various aspects of corporate events. In addition, Sapeer worked as an Outreach Coordinator at Keck Medicine of USC, where they supported clinicians and implemented a new referral process. Sapeer also served as a Travel Coordinator at Angel Flight West, arranging flights for individuals in need. Furthermore, Sapeer worked as a Social Media Coordinator at ProSocial, managing campaigns for renowned organizations. Sapeer has also held research roles as a Research Assistant at USC Child Interviewing Lab and Applied Social Psychology Lab, where they transcribed interviews, coded court transcripts, and conducted interviews for research projects.
