Shaun Barker has extensive experience in operations and management within the logistics and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Jack Richards & Son Ltd since January 2016, Shaun has held various roles including Operations Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator. Prior experience includes working at JD Wetherspoon from October 2014 to February 2016, where Shaun was a Shift Manager responsible for overseeing a team of 12, managing cash, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Shaun began the career in hospitality as a Bar Associate, later progressing to Team Leader, managing customer interactions and a smaller team. Shaun's education includes attending Fakenham High School from 2008 to 2013.
