Peggy Chapman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and talent management. Currently serving as VP of Employee Relations & Talent at Del Taco since January 2024, Peggy has also held a similar VP role at Jack in the Box since November 2012, in addition to serving as Director of Human Resources at both Jack in the Box and Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University San Marcos and possesses certifications including SPHR, PHRca, and SHRM-SCP.
