Justin Disney began their work experience in 2000 as a Nuclear Engineer for the Department of Navy. Justin then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Kaydon Corporation from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Merchants Metals as a Lean Manager. From 2007, they worked at JACAM CATALYST, first as the Director of Operations and later as the Director of Laboratory and R&D Services.

Justin Disney attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Justin also holds a certification as a Motorola Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola.
