Cristina Arias is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Generalista de Talento Humano (HRBP) at Jabonería Wilson S.A. since May 2019, Cristina focuses on information gathering and planning for identifying high potentials and creating a comprehensive NINE-BOX framework. Cristina also collaborates with management to interpret Kudert results and develop action plans. Prior to this role, Cristina worked as an Analista de Gestión de Talento Humano, managing recruitment and selection processes across Peru and Colombia. Cristina's career in HR began at Recover Contact Center, where responsibilities included supporting various HR subprocesses and performance evaluations. Cristina holds a degree in Psicología Industrial from Universidad Central del Ecuador and a specialization in Compensaciones y Beneficios from Latam Business School.
