Jaimie Delwisch currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Ja-Co Welding & Consulting Ltd. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jaimie held the position of Director of Personnel and Field Recruitment at Western Energy Services Corp. from July 2022 to April 2023. Jaimie's experience includes a tenure at Ja-Co Welding & Consulting Ltd. as Safety/HR from November 2021 to July 2022, and a role in Human Resources at Ensign Energy Services in the latter half of 2021. Jaimie's extensive background in human resources was further developed over two decades at Nabors Drilling, where Jaimie served as Human Resource Manager from June 2001 to August 2021.
