Jim Bishoff is a highly experienced professional in the civil engineering and transportation sectors, currently serving as Principal at J2 Engineers, Inc. since August 2007, where responsibilities include leading Business Development and pursuing Transportation and Public Sector projects. Prior to this role, Jim held positions such as Associate at Urban Ltd., directing the Transportation Division, and Assistant Location & Design Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation, overseeing Transportation Engineering staff.
