Tahmina Husain possesses extensive experience in technology and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence at J.W. Pepper since May 2024. Previously, Tahmina was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2021 to February 2024, overseeing five global Agile development teams focused on shared services platforms and delivering multi-cloud data products. At Vanguard, from November 2017 to August 2021, Tahmina managed the Data and Analytics team to drive data-driven decisions for sales and marketing, while leading initiatives for service and process improvement. With a robust background at Comcast Cable from April 2005 to November 2017, Tahmina advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Technical Team Manager within Cloud Services, implementing substantial cloud migration projects. Tahmina's early career includes roles at SeaChange International and Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., contributing to innovative software development. Academically, Tahmina holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wright State University.
