Tom Sumner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental services and health and safety management. Currently serving as Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since September 2016, Tom has previously held key positions at United States Health and Environmental Liability Management LLC as Principal and Consultant, and at United States Environmental Services (USES) as Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Health and Safety. Tom also contributed as Director of Health and Safety at Smith Technology and served as Technical Services Manager at Riedel Environmental Services. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Tom Sumner has demonstrated expertise in construction, remediation, and emergency response.
