Katie B. is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since January 2025. Previously, Katie held the position of Supervisory Senior at HM&M from October 2021 to January 2025, and prior to that, served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Buchanan Clarke Schlader LLP from June 2017 to October 2021. Katie began their career at Buchanan Clarke Schlader LLP as a Forensic Intern in various capacities from 2014 to 2016 and gained early experience as an Audit Intern at Whitley Penn and Part-Time Tax Staff at Saville CPAs & Advisors. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the same institution.
