Jim Fitzpatrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at J.S. Held LLC since September 2018 and at Construction Process Solutions, Ltd. since September 2017, Jim provides specialized services in owner and project representation, scheduling, estimating, constructability, and dispute resolution. Previously, Jim worked as a Commissioning Authority at the Facility Commissioning Group from May 2010 to September 2017, holding certifications in commissioning and infrared thermography, and completing OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Courses. Jim's career began as a Field Superintendent at General Construction Company from 1995 to 2007.
