Ben Daee, PhD, P.Eng, PE, currently serves as Vice President of Forensic Architecture and Engineering at J.S. Held LLC, where responsibilities include standard of care assessments, failure analyses, and forensic investigations. With previous experience as a Senior Forensic Consultant at Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. and as a Forensic Structural Engineer at Giffin Koerth Forensic Engineering, Ben has led multidisciplinary teams in complex forensic investigations and has acted as an expert witness in litigation matters across North America. Academic credentials include a PhD in Structural Engineering from Western University and a Master's degree from Tarbiat Modares University. Ben's diverse engineering background encompasses structural design and research, having previously worked in multiple roles across various engineering firms.
