Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, focusing on reforms to support job creation and sustainable growth. Additional experience includes positions at the European Defence Agency, European External Action Service, and various roles within the European Commission, spanning from contract agent to programme manager. Tomasz also held the position of President of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations, and served on the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
